He is the author ofHow the Light Gets In: Short Stories; Passiontide: A Novel; and Pie Face Boy: In Search of Soul. He is a member of the Writers' Guild of Alberta and the Alexandra Writers' Centre Society.
The author is also a singer/songwriter and the producer and host of The Mystic Cave, a podcast that explores the elements, both new and ancient, of an emerging contemporary spirituality. He lives in Calgary with his wife, Jean, close to his three adult children and two granddaughters.
