Bratya Basu

Prof. Bratya Basu is an eminent Indian litterateur, thespian, filmmaker, administrator, and academician. He won the SAHITYA AKADEMI AWARD in 2021. A writer of over 55 highly-appreciated plays, 3 novels, and boks of poetry, BASU’s works are being translated internationally, studied, researched, and performed. He is the Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge of Higher Education and School Education, Government of West Bengal.
