Brandon OswaldBrandon Oswald studied archives and records management at the University of Dundee in Scotland. He is currently the Founder/Executive Director of the nonprofit organization, Island Culture Archival Support (ICAS) that is dedicated to providing voluntry archival assistance to cultural heritage organizations in the Pacific Islands. He has had several papers about cultural preservation in the Pacific Islands accepted at major conferences.
