Bjorn AndersonBjorn Anderson is the associate professor in the Department of Production and Quality Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is also the scientific advisor at SINTEF Industrial Management. He is a consultant and researcer, and has worked with local European industries on numerous business process improvement projects.
