Bill A HadleyDr. Bill Hadley is an Evansville, Indiana native, who graduated from the U of Evansville, where he completed a Masters Degree in 1971 and a Ph.D in History in 1976. He then engaged in a 32 year career as a Senior Intelligence Office with the CIA, retring in 2007. Following his retirement, he worked as Technical Director for the US subsidiary of a major British defense industry company, retiring again in 2015. He currently lives on Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.
