He completed his Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Medical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha, with a research focus on Biomedical Signal Procesing, Statistical Analysis, and Machine Learning, achieving a remarkable CGPA of 9.05. Prior to his doctoral studies, Bikash obtained his M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, and his B.Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the Gandhi Institute of Education and Technology, Gunupur, Odisha. He also excelled in his earlier education, earning a respectable 65% in Intermediate from Panchayat College, Bargarh, Odisha, and scoring 74% in Matric from George High School, Bargarh, Odisha.
