She has been an Independent Soft Skills Trainer; Neuroscience based Life, Management & Leadership Coach, and a Workplace Psychlogist, in addition, to being a Retail and e-Retail Service Quality Auditor/Evaluator.

She is the Co-Founder & Partner of a niche, Research Firm pivoted on the Global A&D industry and is also the life member of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD).

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Applications, Master's education in Business Management, An advanced diploma in Training & Development; Masters in Psychology with specialization in Workplace, Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
