Beth TaskaBeth Taska has worked in heading up the people function for major US companies-developing, coaching, and mentoring, cultures and leaders. She has presented at conferences, consulted for many companies, and has written numerous articles in regards to the inherent power in leadership as a way of being. Beth and her husband, Robert, met in college and were Peace Corps volunteers in Ecuador, in small business development. They currently live in Northern California. They have one son, Benjamin. She holds an MPA with Honors from Roosevelt University in Chicago and a B.A. in Political Science with Honors from Northern Illinois University, where she graduated as valedictorian and magna cum laude.
