Bernard ParkeBernard Parke is an Honorary Alderman of the Borough of Guildford and served as a borough councillor for 12 years. He was Mayor and then Deputy Mayor in 1989 and 1991. A Guildfordian by birth, he is passionate about the town and its wellbeing. He is regular writer of campaigning letters to the local media.
