Bernard J. HealeyBernard J. Healey is a professor of health care administration at King's College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. He is the director of the graduate program in health care administration and has been teaching college courses since 1974. He began his creer in 1971 as an epidemiologist for the Pennsylvania Department of Health retiring in that position in 1995. During his tenure with government he completed advanced degrees in Business Administration and Public administration. In 1990 he finished his doctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania.
