Benjamin TallmadgeBenjamin Tallmadge (1754-1835) was an American revolutionary, congressman, author, and spy. During the Revolutionary War, he founded the Culper Spy Ring, an intelligence network based in New York City, and organized guerilla attacks against the Britih.
