Ben Vrakking is a postgraduate research student in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. He is particularly interested in (straegic) change processes and, more recently, learning, which is one of the most basic and fundamental mechanisms for coping with change.
