Beatrix BrockmanBeatrix Brockman, a native of Germany, is Assistant Professor of Languages and Literature at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She received her BA in Translations from the Institut f�r Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde bei der Universit� Erlangen-N�rnberg, her BA and MA in English from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and her PhD in German from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She travels to Germany on a regular basis to research and keep in touch with the changes occurring in social, political, or cultural facets of Germany.
