Barbara SchultzBarbara Schultz was born and raised in Muscatine, Iowa. She is the mother of two children and grandmother of four grandchildren. For 30 years, Barbara worked for the Muscatine School Food Service. She worked in the kitchen in all capacities for 20 yers, and then spent 10 years as Food Service Director/Supervisor. During that time, she received the Nutrition Education Award from Midland Dairy Council. Barbara was also mayor of Rose Hill, Iowa, where she and her husband currently live.
