She went through thorough research and came into realization that she has to go back into the basics and change her eating habits. Her family and friends supported her throughout her journey while she became very serious about the foods she should take in and foods that she should not. She later on developed a clean eating diet that proves to be healthy and good for the body. Her research along with advice from her doctors and support from her family and friends, Barbara was able to lose all the excess weight, slim down and look good.
