Banita LalBanita Lal is a lecturer in the Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, UK. She obtained her PhD and MSc in Information Systems from the School of Information Systems, Computing and Mathematics, Brunel University. Her research interets involve examining the individual and organizational adoption and usage of ICTs and technology-enabled alternative forms of working.
