He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Ghan. He is a product of the Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom, and the Seventh-Day Adventist College of Education, Koforidua. He has worked as a research assistant at the Office of Parliament in Ghana and a Net 2 TV parliamentary correspondent, and he is a former member of the parliamentary press corps. He has been a course facilitator in Adult Education at the University of Ghana and in Business Communication and Human Resource Management at the University of Cape Coast.
