Based in Cork, Ireland, Green Saffron works directly with Arun’s family in India to import whole spices grown on small farms all over the country. He supplies spices to top UK chefs, restaurants and delicatessens, sharing his spice knowledge and helping develop dishes and foods that completely redefine our knowledge and understanding of spices.
