He has been involved in EMS since 1982, and has worked as an EMT and Paramedic in both rural and urban environments. An educaor since 1987 with a Master s degree in education, Art has been a chief training officer for a metropolitan fire department, a paramedic program director, and has trained both new providers and experienced medical professionals in the finer points of emergency medical care.
