Arnold HaultainTheodore Arnold Haultain (1857-1941) was a British writer who published 36 books in his lifetime. The scope of his work was wide, including a romantic handbook dedicated to his daughter, a historical analysis of 19th century Canadian revolt, ad even a reflection on the philosophy of walking tours. The son of a Major General in the British army, Haultain was educated in London before moving to Canada, where he spent many years as the secretary to academic and historian Goldwin Smith.
