Arif SariArif Sari is a full time Associate Professor and Chairman of the department of Management Information Systems at the Girne American University, North Cyprus. He received his BS degree - in Computer Information Systems and MBA degree - (2008 and 2010)at European University of Lefke, and Ph.D. degree (2013) in Management Information Systems at The Girne American University. He has been granted as Visiting Scholar of Sapienza University of Rome in Italy (2012). He is an IEEE, ACM, and IEICE Member since Sept. 2012 and has published various papers, book chapters, participated in variety of conferences in the fields of Network Security, Cyber Security, Network Simulation, Mobile Networks, Information Communication Technologies, Mobile Network Security and Mobile Security Systems. After investigation of national firewall systems in different countries such as China, Russia, United Kingdom, USA/NSA and Israel, Dr. Sari is currently working on national cyber-security firewall project named “SeddülBahir”, which presented at Yıldız Technic University, Istanbul in December 2015.
