Arefa Tehsin

Arefa Tehsin grew up in Udaipur, often accompanying her father—renowned naturalist Dr. Raza H. Tehsin—into forests, cages of rescued animals, and conservation sites. This early immersion shaped her lifelong engagement with nature and wildlife writng. She has served as the Honorary Wildlife Warden of Udaipur, and her deep ecological grounding shows up across her fiction and non‑fiction. She writes across children’s literature, young adult fantasy, nature writing, and adult literary fiction. Her bibliography includes more than twenty books.
