Growin up as a black boy in the foster system before being adopted into a poor white family, Anthony Trucks had to beat the odds to become the man he is today: NFL Athlete, American Ninja Warrior and International Speaker. Anthony hosts the Aww Shift & Shift Starter podcasts and created The Shift Method to helps others close the "Identity Gaps" blocking their path to success. A loving father, husband, man of faith, and passionate dog dad, he currently resides in Walnut Creek, CA with his family.
