Annell St CharlesAnnell St. Charles is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, where she has lived, off and on, for more years than she chooses to remember. At the present time, she lives in Nashville with her husband, Costas Tsinakis, but they also spend part of each yearon Hilton Head Island, S.C., and in Athens and Andros, Greece. During her early years, she wrote quite a bit of poetry, later becoming involved in writing feature articles and serving as the editor for her high school newspaper. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science with minors in Exercise Physiology and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Her professional activities have included patient counseling, group education, clinical research, and administration.
