Anne UukkiviAnne Uukkivi has a PhD in Information Science. She is associate professor at the Centre for Sciences at TTK University of Applied Sciences, Estonia. She has long-standing experience (since 2000) in teaching at university level and using several virtul learning environments and social software apps. Her e-learning course got national recognition.
