Anne EstevisAnne Estevis was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and spent much of her adult life in New Mexico. While teaching in northern New Mexico, she met her husband, Francisco, who was also a native Texan. They returned to live in the lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Estevis has authored several books including Down Garrapata Road and Chicken Foot Farm, both published by Arte Publico Press.
