Anne BiringerAnne Biringer, Sabrina Kolker, and Warren Rubenstein are faculty in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. They are based at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto and have extensive experience with perinatal care and meical education.
