Anna SüßbauerAnna Süssbauer grew up in Cologne, Germany and always loved drawing and reading since she was a little child. Coming from a creative family she has been surrounded by art books, picture books, comics, and her father's typewriter on which she used to ype her own stories to illustrate. Her first career was in web design and sales, later she got into human resources for a large retail company. She studied computer science in media alongside her job. Years later after having her lovely daughter Emilia and getting back to work part-time, she decided to become a freelance illustrator in the picture books industry - always driven by her passion for graphic design and the love for clear structures, bright colors, and wild textures.
