Anna RossAnna Ross is Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield and co-editor of German History. Her first book, Beyond the Barricades: Government and State-Building in Post-Revolutionary Prussia, 1848-1858, was published by Oxford University Press in 209. She has published on a range of topics related to the 1848 revolutions, state-building, empire, and internationalisation. Anna is PI on the AHRC-funded project Imperial Afterlives (2022-5), which examines the end of Europe’s land empires and the creation of international zones after the First World War.
