Angelo McDonnellBorn and raised in Ireland, Angelo McDonnell has lived and worked throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. An avid competitor at culinary competitions, Angelo has won numerous accolades for his innovative cuisine. In 2006, he led the Hong Kong Che s Association team to victory at Singapore's Food Asia, returning with a gold medal and Best in Category award. McDonnell is currently corporate chef for Igor's Group in Hong Kong, where he oversees more than twenty restaurants throughout the city.
