Andy Lord

Revd Dr Andy Lord is Vicar of All Saints’ Didcot and Area Dean of Wallingford. He has spent much of his ministry exploring the intersection of mission, renewal, and contemplative spirituality. A prolific author, his recent publications include <m>Living Healing: The Spirituality of Leanne Payne (2023) and River of the Spirit: The Spirituality of Simon Barrington-Ward (2021), Immersed in God and the World: Living Priestly Ministry (2024), Landscape, Soul and Spirit: Ecology, Prayer and Robert Macfarlane (2025) and Contemplative Church: Pondering Church in Challenging Times (2025), published by SLG Press. His other publications include Transforming Renewal (Pickwick Publications, 2015) and Network Church (Brill, 2012). Dr Lord’s work is particularly noted for its insightful dialogue between charismatic traditions and the monastic heritage, offering a holistic vision for the contemporary church.
