Andrew Civitello Andrew M. Civitello, Jr., owns his own company near Tampa, Florida, specializing in construction project management and scheduling. He has managed construction projects of all types and sizes for clients that include local, state, and federal govrnment agencies and departments; municipalities; banks; service organizations; health maintenance organizations; and private developers. For many years, he was president of Civitello Construction in Connecticut, a family-owned construction company.
