PUSEY-MURRAY obtained her doctorate from the University of Technology, Jamaica where she currently teaches undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of mental health, gerontology, and adult nursing in the College of Health Sciences. A registered nurse, she has published several peer-reviewed articles in local and international journals. She is a member of the Nurses Association of Jamaica (NAJ) as well as the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing - Theta Theta Chapter.
