Amari ManningAmari Manning has been writing ever since she was seven years old. She was given two writing assignments to complete over the weekend. Her teacher was amazed with her work and told her that she should consider being an author someday. That same year Amari worked with her father to get her short stories published. She later began developing her writing into a new more creative form-poetry. She joined the YaHeard? Art collective in her 5th grade year and has been a member for a total of 2 years.
