Amanda Hamilton

Amanda Hamilton has been one of the UK's most established nutritionists for over a decade with a career that's included more than eight internationally syndicated TV series and three best-selling books. She's currently the resident nutritioist on BBC Radio 2's Steve Wright show (seven million listeners) and a regular on Sky News.
She is a qualified professional nutritionist and a senior associate of the Royal Society of Medicine. She is an ex-international sports competitor and fitness enthusiast, including training in yoga during a sabbatical in India.
Day to day Amanda works as a consultant, columnist and guest event speaker, as well as running her retreat business and licensed spa programmes in the UK, Spain and Greece where any retreat begins by talking about the gut - the inside out approach.
