Amanda Beth MartinAmanda Beth Martin was born in Colorado, grew up in Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, graduating with a BA in Psychology. While studying at the University, Amanda worked at the UWM's Children's Learning Center where she had the privilege of both teaching and being inspired by the littlest of readers. After graduating, Amanda moved across the ocean to South Korea to spend a year teaching students English while living in and learning from a new culture. She has now found Southern California. Through her travels she has discovered the benefits of learning multiple languages. Top priorities include exploring all Los Angeles has to offer, from relaxing by the ocean to exploring the mountains while catching a classic silent-era film in between.
