Alvin Brown

Alvin Brownis the owner and creator of a very successful multidisciplinary health, wellness, and peak performance center located in Ontario, Canada. He has dedicated himself to creating a team of professionals with the aim of helping their clientsachieve optimal health and life balance-mind, body, and soul. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, to a single mother of five, Alvin has risen from abject poverty, violence, homelessness, an alcoholic father, and broken relationships by applying the life principles laid out in this book. He married his high school sweetheart, had four amazing and successful kids, and eventually became a successful entrepreneur, performance consultant, international speaker, and now author. Alvin has spent the past three decades in relentless pursuit of personal greatness. This quest began in the field of sports, achieving recognition in collegiate wrestling and professional Tae Kwon Do competitions. He also spent time as a professional dancer and as an amateur boxer. This same pursuit for greatness extended into his professional life and his studies in osteopathic manual practice, registered massage therapy, energy medicine, natural nutrition, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine. Alvin earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Trent University, located in Peterborough, Ontario, and his manual osteopathic diploma from the British School of Osteopathic Medicine.
