He has served as faculty member in various institutes in the state of Odisha. Presently, he is working as an associate professor in the Deartment of Computer Science & Engineering of Siksha O Anusandhan University, Odisha. His area of research is wireless Ad-hoc networks and applications of soft computing techniques in data mining.
