Allison R. Fleming

Allison R. Fleming, PhD, CRC, is associate professor in the Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Special Education Department at The Pennsylvania State University. She obtained her PhD in Rehabilitation Counselor Education fromMichigan State University, and her master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College in western Massachusetts. She worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counselor for the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and for the Institute for Community Inclusion providing continuing education for community rehabilitation providers and VR counselors prior to studying at Michigan State.
