Aliaksandr Danilevich

Dr Aliaksandr Danilevich is a graduate of Law Faculty of Belarusian State University. He habilitated the PhD thesis on a theme 'The Award of the International Arbitration Court' in 2004. His basic directions of scientific research are privae international law, the international commercial arbitration, the international civil procedure and the sports law. He is the author of the book in Russian 'International Commercial Arbitration.' At present he works as an associate professor on Chair of the International Private and European Law of the Belarusian State University in Minsk and is engaged in private legal practice as a member of Minsk Bar Association. Dr Aliaksandr Danilevich is the member of Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne and arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
