Alexandre De BarrosAlexandre de Barros is a Civil Engineering by the Campinas State University (1991), Master in Transportation and Operations Research by the Technology INstitute of Aeronautics ITA (1994), and Doctor in Transportation Engineering by the University of Calgary (2001). Currently he is Director of the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency and (Licensed) Lecturer of Transportation Engineering at the University of Calgary, and member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Advanced Transportation.
