Alexander StromDr. Alexander Strom is the Chief expert of the Geodynamics Research Center – branch of JSC "Hydroproject Institute", Moscow, Russia. He has performed geological and paleoseismological investigations for hydraulic schemes in the Naryn, Kokomeren, Vakhh, Gunt, Sarydjaz, and Charyn River valleys in the Tien Shan and Pamir for more than 40 years.
