Alex SmithAlex Smith wrote his first book when he was six, and even though it wasn’t very good it did have monsters in it. It was a sign of things to come, as he spent most of his twenties and thirties writing horror books for children and teenagers under his ull name, Alexander Gordon Smith, including the award-winning series Escape from Furnace.
