Alan Weiss, PhD, is a globally recognized consultant, speaker, and author, renowned for his expertise in organizational development and personal growth. As the founder of Summit Consulting Group, Inc., he has advised over 500 leading organiations worldwide, including Merck, Hewlett-Packard, GE, Mercedes-Benz, and The Federal Reserve.

With a PhD in psychology, Weiss has held academic positions at institutions such as the University of Rhode Island and has been a visiting faculty member at Case Western Reserve University, Boston College, Tufts, and others. He is an inductee into the Professional Speaking Hall of Fame® and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants—one of only two individuals to hold both honors.
