Alan Collinson

Alan Collinson is the managing director of Collinson Systems Limited (CSL), UK. CSL was formed in 1995 and provides advice on radar systems, phased array and multifunction radar, and radar interference to the military and industry. CSL provides wokshops on radar and interference. He taught at Hull University for over 20 years. He has been an expert witness at Public Inquiries into the effects of wind farms on aviation radar systems. He has worked on NATO Industrial Advisory Groups. He is a Registered European Engineer, a Chartered Electrical Engineer, a fellow of the IET, and was appointed OBE for services to the defence industry by her late Majesty the Queen in 1999.
