A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management Professional, and Srum Master, Al bridges the gap between strategy and execution, turning complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

Throughout his career, he has trained and coached hundreds of leaders in Lean principles across three continents, leading initiatives in facilities with workforces of up to 1,000 employees and contractors. His hands-on approach has delivered millions in savings by streamlining processes, building resilient cultures, and igniting continuous improvement.
