AJ Springer grew up in Aberdeen, Washington, a small town where she developed a love for family, community, and the need for adventure. Her hunger for life has led her to drive race cars, compete in boxing, kickboxing, and NPC fitess; work as a camp counselor, a personal trainer, a coach, a professional football player, and now a mother of two. Amid her fast-paced life in Portland, Oregon, AJ rises before the sun to write before the responsibilities of motherhood set in for the day.
