Years later, during an abusive relationship, writing becme her lifeline-a way to survive, express, and begin healing. Through those words, she found not just an outlet, but a calling.

Today, AJ is a proud single mother whose creative world has expanded to include a growing collection of children's books-many sparked by the wild, wonderful ideas of her young son. With every story, she aims to share messages of hope, healing, and kindness. Whether writing for adults navigating hardship or children discovering the world, AJ writes with heart and honesty.

Her greatest inspirations are God, who remains the center of her strength; her mother, who has always been her rock; her son, who fills her life with purpose and joy; and her late father, her eternal guardian angel.
