Aj Adell

AJ Adell is a Swedish author who writes tender, emotional queer romances filled with slow-burn tension, heartfelt drama, and characters who feel real enough to love.

He published his first novel in 2018 in Swedish before trasitioning to writing in English to share his stories with a wider audience. His work blends soft intimacy, contemporary themes, and the warm, comforting charm of feel-good romantic fiction.

A lifelong lover of books, films, and an unreasonable amount of coffee, AJ has always been drawn to stories with character depth and genuine emotion. He believes in writing love stories where queer characters get to be joyful, complicated, and fully themselves.

Waltham is his English-language debut.
