Aidan P. Thompson

Aidan is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues at the University of Birmingham where he leads on directing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing partnerships and ensuring integration betwen current research projects and with the previous body of Jubilee Centre work. He has a Bachelor's degree in English from Loughborough University (2006) and an MPhil in Literature and Modernity from the University of Birmingham (2015). Aidan is currently a PhD candidate in the School of Education, University of Birmingham, under the title 'The Ethical Value of Pop Lyrics: Finding a Purpose in the Poetry of Pop'.
